  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 0-2 working days (Monday through Friday) to prepare for dispatch.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 6-9 working days (Monday through Friday).
  • Free Shipping: All orders within the United Kingdom and United States qualify for complimentary delivery.

How We Ship Your Order
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know processing has started. Most orders are prepared within 0-2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your items are dispatched, we will send an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Track your order here.

Delivery generally takes 6-9 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on location and courier schedules.

Delivery Partners
To ensure dependable delivery across the United Kingdom and United States, we work with trusted courier services including Royal Mail, DPD UK, Yodel, USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Your order may be shipped through one of these delivery providers depending on your location, package size, and current courier availability. Once your parcel has been dispatched, the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email will allow you to follow your package through the selected courier’s network.

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom and United States.

Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated processing and shipping time, please allow up to 2 extra working days and check your tracking code. Should your package still be missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, reach out to us promptly at info@grandlumaire.com. Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email clear photos of the issue to info@grandlumaire.com. We will quickly review your case and ensure a replacement or correction is sent to you.

Shipping Insurance

For a small additional fee, customers can add Shipping Insurance during checkout.

Shipping Insurance protects your order against loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost once the issue has been verified by our support team.

Shipping Insurance covers:

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages stolen during delivery (where applicable)
  • Items damaged during shipping

Without Shipping Insurance, we cannot guarantee a free replacement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Priority Processing

Due to exceptionally high demand, we are currently processing a large volume of orders every day.

By selecting Priority Processing, your order will receive priority handling within our fulfillment queue. This means your order will be prepared and processed ahead of standard orders, which can significantly reduce processing times during busy periods.

Please note that Priority Processing does not affect the shipping speed provided by the carrier. It only accelerates the preparation and handling of your order before it is shipped.
